CFPB HMDA Beta Site Now Available for 2018 Data

The CFPB has released a beta version of it’s HMDA Filing Platform for data collected in 2018.  The beta version allows HMDA filers to explore the new HMDA platform in a test mode before the platform goes live.  The full version will be used to upload loan/application registers, review edits, certify the data, and submit the data for the filing year.

The only downside to the beta version is that all test data uploaded during the beta period will be removed from the system when the filing period for HMDA data collected in 2018 opens on January 1st, 2019.  That means that you have until New Years Eve to test out the beta version of the HMDA Filing Platform.

The HMDA Filing Platform can be found here.
